How do I submit a ticket?

A ticket is used to contact our Customer Support Team. Please submit a ticket if you have any questions regarding your order. Follow the steps below:

STEP 1: 

Please click the button  “ Contact Us” which is at bottom of our site.

 

STEP 2:

Please fill in your issues as the following page required, including Name, E-mail, Subject, Comment. After you have done so, please click the button “ Send Message”. Our customer service staff will reply to your ticket within 24 business hours.
