I have been trying to keep my long hair from tangling and matting into one giant knot in the back of my head. I tried many moisturizing products and they barley helped. This literally fixed my problem overnight. I can now go 4 days without washing my hair and still be able to comb it. Love the silk sleep cap and that it is adjustable for a smaller head; it still has a tendency to slip around and fall off at times, but don't know if that would be avoidable, considering the fabric. Overall, I really like it and my hair is much smoother in the mornings; no more bed head hair
